I have just graduated from college and i am in a lot of debt. I have been looking

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Student Loan Service Center for helping my daughter with the consolidation of her student loans. Neither my daughter nor my self knew anything about the consolidation process or what our options were. After talking to one of your sales reps we felt comfortable in knowing we were being informed of what our options were in a non-biased manner. I would recommend that anyone who wants to know what their options are for consolidation, and still feel 100% comfortable throughout the process, use the Student Loan Service Center.

The student loan service Center is awesome! I was worried consolidating my loans would be a long and drawn out process. I shopped some other companies after I graduated to see who would be the best hoice
for consolidating my student loans. No one else out there really took the time to talk to me about how the process works and what the difference is between the different payment options that are offered by the Federal government. Your Student Loan Specialist seemed like he actually cared about taking the time to help me. It's hard to find that kind of service these days!

I am writing to let you know what a great job one of your employees is doing. I
have a sizable loan from obtaining my Bachelor and Master degrees and I wanted to
consolidate now that it is time to start repaying my loans. I have had the wonderful
experience of working with one of your employees, Jon Bahr. Jon has been there to
help me every step of the way through the process of consolidation. He has answered
every question or concern I have had from the first day I talked with Jon right
up to the end when I was notified my consolidation was complete and who my new servicer
was. In fact after I got that letter I even had a couple questions and I e-mailed
Jon. As he has done since day one he promptly e-mailed me back with answers and
support. Jon has been readily available to assist me throughout this process by
phone as well as e-mail.
I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from the Student
Loan Service Center and I believe when someone goes above and beyond their duties
they should be recognized, thus I am writing to let you know Jon Bahr deserves special
recognition.
If this is how all your employees treat their customers you have
an awesome company. I am very glad I decided to consolidate my student loans with
you and will definitely recommend your center to other people who need to repay
a student loan.
